LOOKING BACK:
UOI
*We created webs to map all of our ideas and questions about future explorations. We watched videos, read books, and started thinking about an exploration that we could plan for our end-of-unit project!
We also took the train to explore a new museum on our field trip. We got a chance to go back in time and explore what Japanese neighborhoods and towns looked and felt like many years ago!

Math
*This week we practiced different ways to show simple multiplication problems, including writing repeated addition sentences, drawing equal groups, and creating arrays! Students made a city of skyscrapers, each with a different array of windows.
English
*We continued writing letters, and specifically practiced how to write an opinion letter. We planned our letters ahead of time by coming up with reasons to support our opinion. In reading, we practiced going back to answer our own questions from books we have read!
