LOOKING BACK

Happy Literacy Week! We had a wonderful week full of parents reading, stories being published, library visits, spelling contests and more! Keep up the great reading, spelling and writing at school and at home!

During UOI time this week, students worked hard to complete their Health Action Plans! This was a chance for students to show off all the knowledge they have gained about making healthy choices in their life! They created logs to keep track of food, exercise and sleep, and they made plans for themselves about staying clean, staying happy and staying healthy! This weekend they will have some time at home to finish these projects, and then they will turn them in on Monday.

In writing, students took one final look at their stories to edit them for spelling and punctuation, then they created cover pages to officially publish their stories. They shared and gave feedback to one another at our first publishing party!
